About the role : Role : Permanent
Hours : 40 hours per week – 5 days out of 7.

In a typical day, you might :
- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements
- Plan and assign work for the team
- Manage, train, and develop your team (1 : 1 regular updates)
- Discuss performance and development goals with your team
- Work with the Commercial team identifying additional opportunities to enhance revenue
- Drive promotions that deliver a great dining experience for guests
- Regularly check all food and beverage equipment is operational and cleaned frequently
- Keep an eye on industry trends to spot new opportunities
- Make sure guests have an excellent experience
- Respond to all guest questions, complaints and requests
- Conduct food and beverage inventory checks
- Work within budget for food & liquor costs and payroll
For this role, you’ll need :
