Supply Teacher

Are you an experienced and qualified Teacher looking for a new challenge?

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Teachers for both primary and secondary schools in the Sutton Coldfield area including B74, B75 & B76. For this role you will be required to have QTS Qualified Teaching Status. We have various roles available from day-to-day and short / long term roles

Job Description

  • Planning, marking and assessing lessons
  • Prepare and develop lesson plans and curriculums and teaching materials
  • Deliver helpful feedback to students about progress
  • Manage classroom behaviour
  • Support may involve personal care
  • Supporting SEN and SEMH Needs
  • Engage, motivate and encourage students to complete work set
  • Make sure all students are focused and on track to meet their lesson objectives
  • Attending to student’s physical, mental and emotional needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience within an educational setting supporting students.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Ability to pass an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to work with children
  • Up to date Safeguarding Training (You can undertake a free course with U-educate if you have not got a safeguarding certificate dated within the last 12 months)
