We are seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions who is enthusiastic, inspiring and committed to lead on and have overall responsibility for all Nursery, Prep Department, Senior School, and Sixth Form aspects of admissions work at Yateley Manor School.
The successful candidate should be proactive, passionate and able to work well in a team. Reporting directly to the Head as well as key stakeholders this is a crucial role in the development of Yateley Manor School.
Yateley Manor is a leading co-educational independent school in the town of Yateley, North Hampshire. The School continues to thrive as an independent all through school for children aged 2 to 16, having recently expanded its provision to be 2 to 16 by September 2026.
The school’s reputation for academic excellence and a relentless focus on opportunities to build confidence for the future is well supported. The school is non-selective and a member of IAPS. Class sizes are small and teaching areas bright and purposeful. Facilities at the school include an indoor swimming pool, large sports hall, woodland learning area, climbing wall, tennis courts and playing fields.
This varied role will involve taking ownership of and ensuring the swift handling of admissions-related enquiries to Yateley Manor School. You will work closely with and influence the Head to drive positive change and action in order to improve the prospective parent journey from enquiry to place acceptance.
Key responsibilities will include admissions, Visa arrangement and continued communication with both internal and external partners.

Personal qualities
Whilst a background in Admissions would be beneficial, it is by no means a necessity in applying for this role. The ability to create the right culture built on enthusiasm and passion for the role combined with strong administrative skills are equally important. This role would also suit someone with strong skills in professions such as sales, hospitality and events planning as well as those with a teaching background up to at least middle leadership level who might be looking for an interesting career professional development opportunity.
