The Training Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of best-practice processes and procedures to ensure skills and competence of Project resources are identified, collated, reviewed, and recorded in line with regulatory and corporate requirements, ensuring a highly skilled and competent workforce.
These outputs ensure that the workforce is competent, compliant, and continuously developing to meet the demands of a highly-regulated nuclear construction project.
