The Engineering Team Leader will be joining an innovative market leader within the industry who can offer unlimited progression and technical development. The Engineering Shift Manager will be joining yet another brand-new site to add to this companies' portfolio which will be a fully automated site with brand new innovative industry leading machinery.The Engineering Shift Manager will be hands on doing PPM's and breakdown repairs on the fully automated lines and will also be leading a team of engineers on shift and leading all CAPEX and improvement projects.  With a solid structure in place there are clear progressions routes into the next role at any level you join. With this being a state of the art fully automated site there is extensive training from day one - both internal and external and with the technology evolving at such a fast pace this training is ongoing at all levels.
