Business Analyst sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.
This role is based out of their head office near Coventry on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role :
As Business Analyst you will play a vital role in successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics. You'll connect business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring that company operations are effectively supported. Your day-to-day duties will include :
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business needs
- Design and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of Microsoft Dynamics
- Support the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain data models and data dictionaries
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data governance practices
- Document and create user stories
- Provide ongoing support and training to users
- Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders
