Sales Executive - No Cold Calling

A talented Sales Executive is needed to join our team at ADI Leak Detection based in High Wycombe (no cold calling).We are looking to expand our small, friendly team of sales staff to support us in our new office on the Cressex Industrial Estate.You will be the first point of contact for all customer telephone enquiries, and your main responsibility will be to give an excellent first impression of the company and convert the enquiries into bookings!This role offers great earning potential with an On Target Commission of up to £4,800 per annum, with scope for this amount to increase after the first year subject to performance.Leak Detection is a niche technical service which we have pioneered since 2014, however, no prior knowledge of plumbing or leak detection is required, as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities : Explaining the services to potential customers and turning the leads into bookingsIssuing customer reports and invoicesProcessing payments online via the online card payment terminalMonitoring and responding to emails & messagesGeneral customer service and after careOther general ad-hoc support with daily operationsRequired Skills : Ability to sell our services with confidence and convictionPrior experience or a natural flare for telephone sales and customer serviceAbility to comprehend and explain the technicalities of Leak Detection (training provided)Excellent telephone mannerResponsive and considerate approach to customer serviceDriven and motivatedTeam playerClose attention to detail and accuracy with regards to calendar management, reports, invoices and paymentsExcellent command of written and spoken EnglishSounds Interesting?
