A top client of ours is seeking a diligent Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of one year post-qualification experience to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice to a broad client base, including investors, developers, and corporate entities.
- Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.
- Work closely with senior solicitors and partners to deliver strategic legal solutions.
