• Manage and mentor a small team, fostering talent development and leading by example in client settings.
• Develop innovative, bespoke solutions that cater to client needs, pushing the boundaries of traditional consulting practices.
• Engage actively in business development activities and contribute to the growth of our practice through thought leadership and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrable experience in operating model design, digital transformation, and strategic consulting within the UK Public Sector.
• Proficiency in project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for problem-solving and an aptitude for adapting to rapidly changing environments.
• Previous consulting experience and a deep understanding of the Defence & Security sectors are highly desirable.
