Job Title : Welder / Fabricator
We are currently seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for performing fabrication and coded welding tasks in line with company standards and other relevant guidelines. This is a hands-on position where you will be expected to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabricate products to precise specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform fabrication and welding tasks in accordance with company standards.
- Read and understand engineering drawings to build products to required specifications.
- Execute basic fillet welds and pipe butts to x-ray standard.
- Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel 316L, Alloy 800, duplex, and carbon steel.
- Perform welding using TIG, MMA, and MIG processes, adhering to coding requirements.
- Undertake a weld test on a pipe butt as part of the application process.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and all other company policies.
