The role of the Project Manager Civils & Groundworks will involve :

Project Manager position dealing with a range groundworks for the modular building market sector

Monitoring all site activity; organising all site workers, collating risk assessments and carrying out health and safety checks

Organising the delivery of all materials that will be needed on site and ensuring they arrive on time

Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project

Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation

Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems

Project sizes can vary from £50,000 to £1,500,000

The ideal applicant will be Project Manager Civils & Groundworks with :

Must have 3+ years project management experience dealing with groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering or modular construction

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Full UK driving license

Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ambitious with a desire to succeed and grow with the company

Personable, team player, problem solver, driven and enthusiastic
