Bowburn, North East (Hybrid Working)

Up to £40,000 + Bonus | Car Allowance & Fuel Card (Role Dependent)

We're working with a well-regarded residential developer known for delivering high-quality new homes across Teesside and the wider North East . With a strong pipeline of projects and a tight-knit, supportive commercial team, they’re looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join them at their Bowburn office.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Managing costs and contracts on residential developments across the region
  • Working closely with the site teams, commercial managers and suppliers
  • Helping ensure developments are delivered on budget and to the highest quality standards
