Job descriptionA leading developer is actively seeking an assistant site manager to join their team on a major development in Bishop's Stortford.This developer currently has a large volume residential scheme. Once completed it will contain over hundreds new homes & community park.As an assistant site manager you will be on a phase reporting into the Site Manager. Your main focus will be being out on site driving on the trades, snagging, desnagging and handing plots over.To be considered for this role you must have; Previous experience working for a developer / main contractor, preferably on a housing site.
