The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and a strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
Role Overview :
As an SEN Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support with their emotional, social, and behavioural development. Your role will involve creating positive, structured environments, developing tailored support plans, and using a variety of strategies to promote positive behaviour and academic success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
