Are you ready to take your Surveying career to the next level? Our client is offering a unique opportunity for a Surveyor to join their dynamic team as a Data Validator. Based in Farnham and providing nationwide support to their clients, this role allows you to work alongside experienced colleagues in a fast-paced environment where your skills in data management and analysis will truly shine.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Management : Compile and validate data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with official records

Analysis : Interpret images and information, verify asset details (e.g., location, size, usage, condition)

Reporting : Create official reports and write-ups based on validated data

Data Verification : Confirm the accuracy and timeliness of public datasets, such as maps or property records

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure data meets transparency requirements and adheres to laws, municipal standards, and environmental protections

Stock Condition : Using RdSAP

Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements :

Experience : Prior experience in surveying or a related field is preferable.

Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel, strong IT competency, analytical mindset with the ability to compile and interpret data.

Training : Opportunities for ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and support career advancement.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday : 9 am - 5 pm (Office Based)
