Residential Property Solicitor / CILEX or CLC

Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, CILEX / CLC or Fee Earner to join their busy Property department, which consists of 30 professionals. You will be part of a team of 20 Fee Earners, supported by administrative and support staff, and will take responsibility for managing case files using a CMS system, covering all aspects of conveyancing.

nExperience in title checking will be a significant advantage, along with the ability to contribute to marketing and developing the department’s services. Additional experience in new build transactions would be highly beneficial.

• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, ideally gained in a fast-paced residential department, with New Build experience preferred.
