HSEQ Manager

Central London based with the majority of the work being within the London region and includes Commercial Build, RC Frame, Steel Frame, Fit Out and Heritage Work. You will be supporting the Safety Director to continue building a great safety culture and ensure work is completely safely.This HSEQ Manager role will suit someone with a wealth of experience in construction health & safety, with the ability to influence and engage. You will attend sites to support internal staff and subcontractors on site during the build process. Spotting any potential issues and addressing them in a practical manor, highlighting any area for improvement and working with people to make sure they are working safely and in line with company policies and procedures. Whilst it’s important to have the right processes in place, it’s about bringing people along on the journey so the build is completely safely and on time for the client.Ideal experience for the HSEQ Manager role includes :

• Wealth of experience in Construction Health & Safety.
• Experience and qualifications in Environment or Quality is a plus.
• Qualified to NEBOSH Diploma level is ideal (will consider Certificate level with the right experience)
• Able to lead and engage teams on site with a supportive approach.
• Be adaptable to challenges so work is completely safely.On offer is a basic salary of circa £65,000 (up to £75,000 with great experience) plus benefits
