This key position involves managing contractors, overseeing performance, and ensuring that service delivery meets critical KPIs.Key Responsibilities : Provide support across key service areas, including Electrical, Lighting, Lifts, Mechanical, Legionella, Domestic Gas, and Communal Gas services.Manage and oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed KPIs and quality standards.Lead and manage a team of 20+ staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Attend and contribute to relevant meetings, such as Programme Board and Contractor Core Group meetings.Oversee the management of multi-million-pound contracts across both repairs and capital programmes.Provide detailed reporting and updates to senior management on service delivery, performance, and areas for improvement.
