Residential Property Manager

This vital position sits within our clients central London PRS team and presents an excellent opportunity to oversee a portfolio for a key institutional investor and gain exposure to managing flats / blocks in a central London portfolio.

The Property Manager will join the Residential Management department, working alongside a team of property managers, Associate Directors and Directors and work closely with the block and asset management teams.

Property Manager – Key Responsibilities :

• Liaising with tenants on tenancy matters, maintenance issues and organising timely repairs
• Working with compliance team to keep all Health and Safety inspections up to date within the flats and blocks
• Ensuring the timely payment of rents and collection of arrears
• Liaise with tenants over internal / external redecoration of common parts
• Manage minor works between tenancies and liaise with project management for larger works
• Arranging check outs, inventories, return of deposits and complete annual inspections
• Process Insurance claims
• Provide client reports and attend meetings
• Periodically serve notices and attend court
• Liaise with clients accounts team and other departments
