As part of our Front of House team, youll be responsible for welcoming guests, delivering food and drinks, assisting with board game recommendations, and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience.This role is ideal for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys engaging with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What Were Looking ForWe are seeking friendly, energetic, and service-driven Floor Staff Members to be part of the Draughts experience. The successful candidate will possess the following attributes : Passion for Hospitality & Customer Engagement,

A genuine enthusiasm for interacting with guests, creating a warm atmosphere, and making sure customers feel welcome. You will be the face of Draughts, ensuring guests have a great time from arrival to departure.Strong Service & Table Management Skills,

Confidence in taking orders, serving food & drinks, clearing tables, and handling payments with efficiency and professionalism. Experience in table service or hospitality is preferred but not essential.Game Knowledge & Engagement,

An interest in board games and social gaming is a plus. You will be helping guests select games, explaining rules, and ensuring they get the most out of their experience.Efficiency & Ability to Work Under Pressure,

The ability to stay organised and move quickly during busy service periods. You will thrive in a fast-paced restaurant and bar environment, balancing multiple tasks while keeping service smooth.Teamwork & Communication,

A positive, can-do attitude that allows you to work well within a team, supporting both bar and kitchen staff. Clear communication is key to ensuring great service flow and a strong team dynamic.Attention to Detail & Cleanliness,

Commitment to maintaining a clean and well-presented venue at all times.
