Consultant (Psych) -CAMHS

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Doctor to join the Specialist Network Outpatient CAMHS team in Lancaster and Morecambe . This role involves working within core CAMHS for three days , with the possibility of extending up to five days supporting the ADHD team .

Role : Consultant (Psych) -CAMHS

Location : Lancaster & Morecambe

Rate : Competitive (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type : Flexible (24 to 40 hours per week, negotiable)

Hybrid Working : Part remote working possible

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide specialist assessment and treatment for children and adolescents within CAMHS.
  • Support the ADHD team in diagnosis and management.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Contribute to service development and patient care planning.

Requirements (Consultancy) :

  • S12 Approval - essential.
  • Specialist Registration - required.
  • Approved Clinician (AC) status - essential.
  • Own transport - required for site visits.
