Job Description

Our client is now seeking an experienced Import Air freight Co-Ordinator to manage and co-ordinate the movement of goods arriving by air freight.

Responsibilities :

• Co-ordinate import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage customer interactions, quotations, bookings, customs documentation, final mile deliveries and invoicing.
• Maintain high service levels for all customers and proactively resolve queries.
• Develop and refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Excellent proficiency in CDS
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to collaborate and contribute across different areas of the business.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary  £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
