Lead Java Developer - Hampshire / Hybrid - up to £95KHalian is currently supporting an innovative and award-winning FinTech organisation in Hampshire who are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of Java-based applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Requirements :

7+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java.Strong expertise in Java SE / EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines.Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.

Location : Aldershot / Hybrid

Salary : up to £95K
