A progressive & well respected South west based Building contractor is seeking to expand their team currently engaged on the delivery of a new housing development in Somerset.

The business, an independent success story with both Housing and Main contracting divisions, is in need of a dedicated & committed temporary Site Management resource to bolster the ranks in an interim capacity.

Responsible for daily site Management duties to include QA checks, material take offs, dealing with inspections, managing H & S and ensuring delivery is to programme.

In addition to having previous experience of managing schemes from groundworks stage, it's essential that you have the usual management pre-requisites in terms of SMSTS, CSCS Card and First aid at work.
