Our client provides specialist nurse-led services to adults and children in their own homes, working in partnership with NHS continuing healthcare teams. Their mission is to deliver highly specialised, outcome-based care packages that allow clients to remain at home, even when they require complex healthcare. They are committed to maintaining high Care Quality Commission standards and being the preferred provider for homecare clients needing complex health interventions.

The Regional Lead Nurse will :

Manage Nurse Case Managers to ensure service delivery and growthBuild relationships with health and social care commissionersManage and support Nurse Case Managers and carersEnsure clients receive the best possible careOversee complaints, incidents, and safeguardingParticipate in a managers on-call rotaMaintain clinical policies and proceduresPackage and Benefits :
