An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated treasury function - Arriva Treasury Company Limited - on a 12-month fixed-term basis as a Senior Treasury Analyst – Corporate & Risk . Operating under the wider Group Treasury Policy, Arriva Treasury Company Limited functions as a distinct entity within the group, delivering specialist services such as funding, liquidity, and risk management through its In-House Bank, the central hub for banking and funding operations across the group’s operating units.
In this role, you’ll support a wide range of treasury activities, with a particular focus on risk management. Reporting to the Treasury Manager – Corporate & Risk, you’ll be responsible for delivering FX and fuel hedging solutions, analysing fuel forecasts to provide strategic insight, and working closely with business units to identify and manage financial risk exposures. You will also manage bonds and guarantees under the Group Senior Facilities Agreement, contribute treasury input to business tenders, and deliver lease pricing and modelling to support capital investment decisions.

What we\\\'d like from you!
The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting, supported by a relevant business degree, and will be either fully qualified or actively studying towards a recognised treasury or accounting qualification such as AMCT, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
You will bring hands-on experience from a multinational treasury environment, with exposure to treasury accounting, financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis. Experience in investment appraisal or a background in group FP&A would also be highly beneficial.
Candidates will also :
Experience with ION Refinitiv or other ION treasury systems would be an advantage, though not essential.
