Job Title : Site Manager – Industrial Warehouse RefurbishmentLocation : Park Royal, North West LondonDuration : 12 WeeksStart Date : 4 weeksWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 12-week industrial warehouse refurbishment project in Park Royal, NW London.Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Maintain health & safety standards at all times
• Coordinate with project managers and suppliers
• Manage site documentation and reportingRequirements :
• Proven experience managing Industrial Refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
• Strong leadership and communication skills
