• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider.
• This Role will be doing M&E technical works on a large commercial site in North Bristol. Single man site.Your new role as a M&E Engineer
• You will be working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial site in North Bristol
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of appliances including :
• switchgear, fire suppression, HVAC, boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, battery installations, small power and lighting, etc.
• This is a single man site so need to be comprehensive in mechanical & electrical maintenance.What you'll need to succeed : M&E Engineer
• A recognised apprenticeship in relevant mechanical or electrical discipline is essential.
• Driving license is essential.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service technical multi-skilled role is essential.
