Randstad are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker / Children's Workforce Academy Lead to join Liverpool City Council's Practice Academy. This is a full time role, offering £46 per hour.

Responsibilities :
Strong experience in Children's Service, having previously managed and supervised social workers.Will have good understanding in workforce development and training.Will be motivated, inspired and creative in their working approach and have the passion to drive the Academy forward.Will support the Head of Service of Workforce Development and Learning.Support and lead Workforce Development from a practice perspective across Children's Services.Provide leadership to all Practice Development Officers and Workforce Coordinators in the team.Recruit, induct and train team members.Develop and deliver robust training programmes across the workforce i.e. ASYE / Apprenticeships / Step-up's.Coordinate, plan, design and evaluate training opportunities for all learners.Requirements :
Social Work Degree or equivalentEnhanced DBSSocial Work England registeredExperience :
