About you
As the People Support Team Lead, you would be working as part of our wider People Team, reporting to the Head of Recruitment and People Administration. You will lead a team to build on our processes, policies, data and systems, yet continuously improve to ensure your customers have an experience that is easy, supportive and timely that drives engagement and capacity. You will already be working at this level and ideally have experience team leading or managing HR Admin in a regulatory environment.
