The primary role of a Project Manager is to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within the budget and according to H&S and the client’s requirements.Purpose of the role : To manage a successful team responsible for the projects operation of our active fire division, providing support and inspiration to grow the organisation at the targeted rate. To position the active fire division of the Ventro Group at the forefront of the industry instigating strategies to increase profitability and customer relationships.Main Duties of the role : Responsible for Project performance, minimum expectations :

• Processing sales orders on receipt and liaising with engineers for smooth transition on delivery
• Management of the project delivery to time scale and to budget
• Effective delegation and supervision of task to office administrator
• Staying ahead of your market, BS standards, legislation changes, your competition.
• Responsible for achieving your monthly forecast target and achieving team targets
• Looking for additional sales opportunities on projects
• Weekly reporting to management
• Responsible for quality assurance and sign off of projects
