Sales and Accounts AdministratorLocation : Thirsk, North YorkshireSalary : Up to £27,378 p / aHours : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm & 1 in 4 Saturdays, 7 : 30am – 11 : 30amWe are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales and Accounts Administrator to join our client’s small and friendly team based in Thirsk. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting sales order processing, customer service, purchase invoicing, and general administrative tasks.Responsibilities :
- Accurately input customer orders on a daily basis
- Handle incoming customer orders via phone and email
- Upsell products and services where appropriate
- Raise invoices and issue credits using Sage50 Accounts
- Post purchase invoices
- Send monthly customer statements
- Allocate customer receipts
- Manage day-to-day filing and general admin
- Support other areas of the business as requiredRequirements :
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Computer literate, with Microsoft Office and accounting software experience, is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
