Corporate Solicitor

Our client is a modern, forward-thinking law firm, on their behalf we are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

For the role, you will be an energetic and enthusiastic Corporate Solicitor. Your experience will have been gained in an established law firm, and this role will suit a highly motivated and proactive individual.

The successful candidate will have :

• A good grounding in Corporate Law (both transactional and general).
• Knowledge of corporate transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Re-Structures, and Joint Venture & Shareholder Agreements.
• Knowledge of Business-to-Business Commercial Contracts.
• Ability to work commercially on your own and as part of a team.
• Ability to build both internal and external networks.
• A strong focus on business development, good communication skills, and confidence in presenting.
