Job descriptionProven experience in fabric maintenance and building services. Familiarity with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) procedures and willingness to engage in such tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Willingness to occasionally travel to London for work-related tasks
Bespoke Recruitment Services Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Fabric Engineers for a temporary position. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' equipment and machinery, regularly performing maintenance checks and repairs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and appearance of our properties.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities in accordance with schedules and guidelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in fabric engineering, including but not limited to : basic electrical work, plumbing, flooring, tap temperatures, painting & decorating, and general maintenance.
- Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to building fabric and systems, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of health and safety throughout all tasks.
