• Hours : 09 : 00 – 17 : 00
• Location : Severnfields
• Essential ADHD, Autism or Child experience
• Ability to triage referrals and communicate rational
• Start as soon as possible for 12 weeks
• Remote working availableResponsible for :
• Parental discussions to allow for a full triage to occur
• Neurodevelopmental screening of referrals
• Liaison with schools and other professionals
• Contributing to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Record writing to ensure communication
• The ability to communicate the outcome of triage to the referrer
