Job description

Job Title : Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location : North West England, Greater Manchester, Levenshulme

Job Type : Contract, Full-Time hours

Primary Industry : Education and Training

Salary : £89 - £99 Per day

Job Description : Job Duties :

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons
  • Assisting with planning and preparation of teaching materials
  • Working with individual students or small groups on specific tasks
  • Providing feedback to students on their progress
  • Helping to maintain a positive learning environment

Required Qualifications :

  • A degree in Education or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed
  • Education :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Experience :

  • No prior experience required, but some experience in a educational setting is beneficial
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Understanding of educational principles and practises
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational and time-management skills
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Working Conditions :

  • Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Classroom-based work with occasional outdoor activities
  • Collaborative work environment with other teaching staff

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
