Are you looking to reduce your daily commute?Our client is an established Tier 1 Main Contractor with a regional offices located around the country. I am currently assisting the East Midlands region, due to a number of new projects coming on board, located from Northampton to Leicester.Our client operates within 3 key sectors; Health, Education & Commercial, with the majority of the schemes that they deliver being of a new build nature, although they do deliver Refurbishment schemes. Projects range in value up to £30 million.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. • Experience of Commercially & Contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
• Previous experience as an Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Reside within commutable distance of Northamptonshire / Leicestershire.
