Salary : £24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience. Pro-rata based on working hours.
Role type : Part Time, Minimum 3 days, with hours between 8 AM and 5 PM.

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team at IMS. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering financial data and maintaining records in Xero (or similar systems). You will also manage credit control, chasing overdue invoices and statements to maintain healthy cash flow. Additionally, you'll engage with customers and suppliers to address payment queries and account issues. Your responsibilities will include performing daily bank and account reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring efficient invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and financial management. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision are essential.
