Job description :

1.Develop and expand the market for UK home resale clients and achieve sales targets.

2.Provide clients with professional property resale advice, including pricing and marketing strategies.

3.Manage the sales process from initial booking through to successful transaction completion.

4.Maintain strong client relationships and proactively offer excellent after-sales service.

5.Assist clients and potential buyers in price negotiations to meet both parties' needs.

6.Actively organize, support, and participate in company events and industry exhibitions to continually discover and develop new client leads.

7.Identify and address the deeper needs of existing clients to encourage repeat business.

1. 开拓英国房屋转售客户；完成销售目标；

2. 为客户提供专业的房产转售建议，包括对房产的定价及市场广告的投放；

3. 推动订单流程，从预订、成单、到顺利交易；

4. 维护稳定客户关系，积极为客户提供售后服务；

5. 帮助客户和潜在买家完成价格谈判，达成双方诉求；

6. 积极组织、配合、参加公司渠道活动以及行业展会，不断发掘潜在意向客户，开拓新客户；

7. 挖掘现有客户的深层需求，促进再次成单。

Job Requirements

1. Over two years of work experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience or connections in the real estate industry.;

2. Have strong market awareness, have a good mentality of self-motivation, have a strong sense of service, and be able to withstand sales pressure

3. Responsible, hard-working, and have teamwork spirit

4.Language：English；Cantonese；Mandarin

1. 两年以上工作经验，有房地产行业经验或资源优先；

2. 有较强的市场感知能力，积极主动，拥有自我激励的良好心态，服务意识强，能够承受销售压力；

3. 富有责任心、踏实勤奋、具备团队协作精神。

4. 语言：英语；粤语；普通话
