Defence Commercial Manager

Morson Talent currently have an opportunity available for a Commercial Manager to work on behalf of or our aerospace client based in Bristol. Job Purpose This Commercial Manager position is a non-management role that will directly support the strategic growth of the Chinook and Apache portfolios. This role is full-time with hybrid working, the primary working location will be Bristol with office attendance 2-3 days per week. Typical Responsibilities : This position is expected to fulfil a variety of tasks and responsibilities typically associated with a commercial technical role, including, but not limited to :

• Leads the drafting of proposal and contractual language.
• Participates in the proposal and negotiation of agreements utilising approved contract terms and conditions.
• Support proposal reviews in line with the internal gated process.
• Supports / leads coordination and partnership with other internal functional disciplines, integrating business / finance / programme priorities to create solutions that balance business financial performance and customer relationship management
• Supports the development and documentation of guidance related to new and updated contractual regulatory requirements.
