We are looking for a motivated and experience Operations Manager to join a market leading company within the heavy industry in the UK. You will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. Role Description

• Management covering the full production
• Planning & organising full operations
• Risk assessments and H&S inspections
• PPM scheduling & implementation
• Ensuring and driving continuous improvement across the plant
• Overseeing all permanent staff and contractors
• Focusing massively on reducing energy consumption across the plant
• Admin work, writing reports and updating records to procurement and budget control
