The company has a wide range of capabilities and supplies various industries including the aerospace sector; therefore, experience within a similar field would be advantageous.

Workshop Operative Role & Responsibilities

• Have a background in metalwork / sheet metal.
• A background in aerospace, defence, nuclear or a similar industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Able to operate guillotines and CNC band saws.
• Use a range of hand tools and be familiar with engineering / technical drawings.
• The role will require adaptability & versatility, helping across multiple teams when needed.
• Occasional deburring & finishing, assembly, and part marking.
