Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Title Checker looking for a new opportunity in a growing, forward-thinking firm? We are currently recruiting for a Title Checker to join a dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the conveyancing process who is looking to develop their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Managing all aspects of a purchase transaction, with a focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries.
- Reviewing and reporting on search results, identifying issues, and raising relevant enquiries.
- Advising Case Handlers on when to report key matters to lenders under CML guidelines.
- Handling a continuous flow of title checks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaising with conveyancing teams to provide support on complex transactions.
- Assisting teams with replies to enquiries, management packs, mortgage offers, and searches.
