Materials Supervisor

We are working with our client who are a leading who are a leading CNC and manufacturing company in the search for a Materials Supervisor out on a permanent basis.Your primary role will be supervising the despatch team to ensure targets and KPI's are met and implement coninuous improvement to the despatch fuction of the businesss adhering to H&SResponsibilities

• Manage day to day performance of the stores and despatch team to meet customer requirements
• Manage receipt and inspection of goods and ensure they are collated correctly
• Assist the resource planning teams and ensure production are issued with fulfilled works orders
• Maintain accurate stock levels
• Implement 5s and continuos improvement aswell as manage staffing levels within departmentThe Person :
• Previous experience with supervision of a busy despatch area
• Experience managing people
