• Acting as a trusted point of contact for Castlefield clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
• Leverage your investment knowledge to assist in managing client portfolios
• Working alongside other Client Managers following meetings to discuss the client's circumstances and be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client's financial objectives and circumstances
• Articulating our services to clients and identifying business opportunities based on their needs
• Ensuring client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the client
• Obtaining information from third-party providers

Job Description

As Client Manager you will be part of a team that builds, maintains and develops strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for the firm, and overseeing the end to end client lifecycle.

• Managing all relationships with portfolio clients
• Using investment knowledge to assist in managing client portfolios
• Supporting with the creation of strategies to meet client's financial objectives
• Identifying business new opportunities based on client's needs
• Using back office systems to ensure all data is kept up to date
• Ensuring all client documentation is accurate and fit for purpose
• Liaising with 3rd party providers

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria :

• Experience / knowledge of investment management, ideally with client-facing exposure
• IMC or IAD qualification
• Strong focus on client and customer service
• Strong attention to detail and works to a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work with other teams and build relationships internally as well as externally
• Good understanding of Excel
