    Job Description

    As a Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for :

    • Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded
    • Process invoices, record payments, and track expenses
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
    • Reconcile bank statements
    • Collaborate with the accounting team to execute financial tasks
    • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
    • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations
    • Perform other accounting duties and support team members as required
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have :

    • A strong understanding of accounting principles
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel
    • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good organisational and time management skills
    • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
