We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficiency in our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate :

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, and technologies. Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, project management and quality management systems.

Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction

Project management techniques and tools, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management and project management software.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, in a project management or engineering role.

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross–functional teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers. The ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner is important.

Understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations. Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry is advantageous.
