Job descriptionDegree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or a related discipline At least 4 years’ relevant working experience in Europe and / or UK environment. Resourcefulness, a keen analytical mind and proficiency in financial modelling are essential. Good financial product knowledge and / or experience in Data Centres is an advantage. Strong communication skills, strong initiative and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
The Role
This position will primarily be involved in the Group’s Data Centre investment activities, including asset acquisitions, development projects as well as M&A within Europe and UK region.
Job Responsibilities
- Involve in transactions from end-to-end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial analysis (including financial modelling) and deal execution.
- Involve in post-investment portfolio management.
- Support the team’s activities in terms of real estate market research and analysis.
