Job description

We are looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in our new 3 bed childrens assessment home in Devizes

Titan House, our new Emotional Well-being Assessment home in Devizes will support children & young people aged between 8-18 providing short term placements until their needs are fully appraised and understood. The service will provide up to 3 children / young people at any one-time opportunities to enjoy different experiences, establish friendships and develop confidence, independence and social / emotional skills.

  • 1000 joining bonus paid in two installments

About the role :

As a Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including :

  • Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
  • Providing support with morning routines such as getting ready for school and making sure they have a good breakfast.
  • Preparing evening meals and ensuring the young person has a safe space to relax and unwind within the home.
  • Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
