Job Title : Mobile Building Services Fabric Engineer / HandymanLocation : HertfordshihireJob Overview : We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Services Fabric Engineer to join our team. The role involves the maintenance, repair, and servicing of building fabric elements such as walls, roofs, windows, doors, and flooring, ensuring the building’s structural integrity and aesthetic quality. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of all building services.Key Responsibilities :

• Building Fabric Maintenance : Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on building fabric elements including but not limited to masonry, roofing, windows, doors, flooring, and general structural elements.
• Inspections & Audits : Conduct regular inspections of the building fabric, identifying wear and tear, potential hazards, and deterioration, and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Repairs & Installations : Perform minor repairs and installations of building fabric components (e.g., door replacements, plastering, roofing repairs) as required to maintain functionality and aesthetics.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including carrying out risk assessments, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining a safe working environment.
